Job Context

Job Responsibilities

  • Apply the sewing procedures and standards stated in the sewing agreement.
  • Plan to remain not more than % wastage at sewing stage.
  • Monitor man, machine, and material for the smooth sewing operation.
  • Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs, and career development plans.
  • Lead safety, quality, and compliance activities in the workplace to ensure zero NC.
  • Comply with a clean desk policy in place to increase productivity and stay organized.
  • Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
  • Handle other responsibilities and projects, as assigned from time to time.

Educational Requirements

  • Diploma in the textile, mechanical or electrical field. Or,
  • Graduation in any discipline.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 20 to 25 years
  • Reporting skill, computer skill
  • Must be fluent in English (Reading, writing, and speaking).
