Job Context

    We are looking for potential candidate as a Production Manager-Metal

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily production as per plan
  • Monitor production schedule properly
  • Follow up of in process materials and their conditions as per standard
  • Prepare and submit Daily and Monthly Production Report to Factory Director
  • Ensure product quality as per their parameter with the help of QA team
  • Coordinate with Maintenance team to ensure schedule and breakdown maintenance of all Machinery
  • Communicate effectively with the General Manager/Owner, the Sales Team, and the Production Team, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that production, sales, and customer objectives are met.
  • Oversees the production process as well as plan and implement production schedule.
  • Ensure product design and development and related R& D activities as per the customer requirements and facilitate marketing department in doing so.
  • Ensure and maintain safe, clean and tidy production floor & carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
  • Develop, manage and maintain an automated workflow system that interfaces order entry, prepress and print.
  • Prepare, update, and communicate the production schedule.
  • Take all necessary actions to manage production costs and improve profitability.

  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE, Diploma in Engineering in EEE

  • 8 to 12 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Furniture Manufa, Hospital Furniture

Additional Requirements

  • Age 40 to 50 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply

Salary

    Tk. 50000 - 70000 (Monthly)
