BADAS Centre for Health Research and Implementation (BADAS-CHRI), formerly BADAS-PCP, is a joint collaboration between the Diabetic Association of Bangladesh (BADAS), Institute for Global Health (IGH) University College London, UK and Department of Health Sciences, University of York, UK which has been working since 2002 on health issues. BADAS-Perinatal Care Project is looking for a qualified candidate for the position of Process Evaluation Officer for its "The Bangladesh D: Clare Project: Diabetes: Community-led Awareness, Response and Evaluation".
Duration: 12 months
Job Location: Dhaka, with frequent field visit
Job Responsibilities
Compile process related documents, analyze data and write descriptive and analytic reports of findings in English
Collect, manage, transcribe and analyze qualitative data
Conduct in-depth interviews and focus group discussions in the community
Document case studies, best practices and lessons learned from the project
Contribute to developing qualitative sampling framework and topic guides
Observe field activities to ensure that they are delivered as per plan and guideline
Maintain regular correspondence with the field Staff, members of the project team in Dhaka and abroad
Provide support and guidance to field staff

Masters in Anthropology/ Sociology/ Social Work or any relevant field
Experience Requirements
5 to 7 year(s)
Additional Requirements
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in areas mentioned above under responsibilities
Excellent communication skills
Ability to collect and analyze quantitative data will be an added advantage
Ability to build rapport with the team and in a community setting
