Job Description / Responsibility

  • Looking for HR & Compliance officer (Garments, Knitting, Dyeing, Embroidery, Washing, & Printing)
  • Properly maintain factory recruitment policy and recruit workers & staffs as per requirement. Carryout manpower planning to forecast future demand and supply.
  • Estimate, Justify, verify and finalize the workers as per the need of various department. Prepare and managing workers and staffs personal files.
  • Assist in job evaluation process & prepare job description for all workers and staffs. Fixing appropriate position and compensation as per job grade and prepare monthly salary sheet.
  • Assist to developing HR policy and procedures with company objectives and philosophy and ensure their implementation and administration.
  • To issue letters to the concerned worker in respect of disciplinary maters.
  • Determining and seek individual training requirement through TNA and coordinate all type of training.
  • Ensure that all administrative functions are running according to the prevalent factory laws of the country.
  • Supervise daily compliance work and establish the factory code of conduct according to Buyer requirements.
  • Have to promote healthy labour management practices.
  • To look if there is any misunderstanding between the Workers-Workers, Workers-Supervisors, Supervisors-Supervisors, etc. Should intervene immediately and brief the same to the notice to Manager Admin & HR.
  • To over sure & ensure that all the compliance issues are being maintained in the floor continuously.
  • Compliant and tidy house keeping to be ensured by them everyday, special attention to be given to the toilets to keep it bad smell free and completely dry & clean.
  • Maintain discipline and keep good working environment in the factory.
  • Complete any others task that assign your superior time to time.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Graduation / Post Graduation
  • Skills Required: Core HR Knowledge, Good communication skills, Good Computer Knowledge, Labor Law

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory HR Administration in Garments Industry, General HR, Performance & Career Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Garments

Additional Job Requirements

  • Age 22 to 30 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • PGD in HRM will given preference
