Job Context

    Housekeeping supervisor manages the daily operations of a housekeeping services department to ensure Textiles/Garments factory inside/outside services, Staffs dormitory, Dining & Kitchen management and other specified areas are kept in a clean and orderly condition. Inspects facilities, recommends upgrades when needed.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervising the daily cleaning of inside and outside of factory premises, production floors to the highest standards.
  • Assigns support employees their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
  • Makes recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.
  • Records data regarding work assignments, personnel actions, and prepares periodic reports.
  • Ensure that all materials are used and stored correctly.
  • Establishes standards and procedures for work of cleaning staff.
  • Recommend new equipment and amenities to ensure cleanliness and safety service objectives.
  • Supervise, coordinate and monitor cleaning staffs and segregate their task in the Head Office.
  • Perform any other job related duties as assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum Graduation (Preference Diploma in Hotel management)

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Housekeeping Administration in Garment Textile manufacturing facility

Additional Requirements

  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Practical experience on cleaning supervisor.
  • Should have good communication skills.
  • Capable to guide/monitor cleaning staffs.
  • Adaptable, pro-active and must be able to work under pressure.
