Job Responsibilities
Lead operation of all projects of MBM professionally and profitably.
Grow business through monthly, quarterly & yearly people deployment target achievement.
Develop strategic marketing scopes and ensure drive with business effectiveness.
Planning, budgeting and driving yearly business plan including contingency and QC.
Analyzing financials, prepare and drive project proposals effectively in securing and sustaining business growth.
Develop market and business by necessary research and effective relationship management.
Drive Operational Excellence in all the possible arenas of the business from cost savings to effective investment in maximizing sustainable profile.
Lead and develop team in managing business verticals effectively.
Setting, monitoring & assessing KPI of team members align with business goal
Govern proper maintenance of chemicals, equipment, tools and machinery in the project sites.
Remain updated about the industry and trend in designing winning strategies and implementation.
Ensure periodic business reporting to management with accountability.
Ensure periodic market visit in sustaining proper governance, stakeholder management, securing business scopes and improving team performance.
