Additional Requirements
We are looking for a dynamic person with minimum 3 years proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis, and in providing a range of financial services in INGO. You should have experience in donor policies and procedures, specially UN donors, EU, DFAT, GAC and knowledge to understand and implement local laws and regulations, TAX, VAT, statutory deduction etc. You should have effective communication skills including the ability to deliver complex and technical messages in simple terms and knowledge of Oxfam Financial systems and procedures.
