Job Context

    The Data and Software Executive is responsible for looking after the overall data and tech-related needs of the company including data and insight management, software and hardware management, new android app and ERP management, and launching. This position will directly report to the Head of Sales.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsibility # 1: Data and insights management
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide new innovative ideas, reporting & new product ideas to the management.
  • Provide sales, business development & customer insights to drive the sales of the shop and develop the day to day business
  • Responsibility # 2: Product development and launching
  • Lead the existing software development firm and verify the outputs as per the agreement
  • Preserve and maintain the existing database and find new datapoint to fulfill the data requirement
  • Feed-in and interpret the software development firm with new business insights and bring out the result as per company requirements.
  • Ensure smooth operation with software

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Statistics, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
  • Skills Required: Data Analysis

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Data Analysis, Software Management

Additional Requirements

  • Age 18 to 30 years
  • Experience Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the following areas:
  • Data analysis, modeling, and insights development for any customer-centric company
  • Full cycle/particle experience in Software product development, management, launching, and scaling.
  • Must have experience in retail data analytics.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Fluency with any or some data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, SPSS, Minitab, Tableau, Google Analytics
  • Some Programming Experience is a plus (e.g. Python/R or any other)
  • Results-oriented & target-driven.
  • Good team player.
  • Good project mgt. skills.
  • DOER/Hands-on.
  • Good in follow up & monitoring, attentive to details
  • Believes in social mission.

Salary

  • Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
  • Our budget has a probation of Tk. 20,000/- to Tk. 25,000/- monthly salary for the said role but we are open to discuss with highly qualified candidates. After the successful completion of probation and based on performance job will be on a regular track and salary will be negotiated based on performance and skill gained during probation. Festival bonuses, health insurance, and other admissible benefits will be there after getting the regular position as per the company policy. Delicious in-house lunch facilities are also there.
