Job Responsibilities

  • Document scan using ADF, Flat-bed or book scanner.
  • Convert the scanned JPEG files to PDF format.
  • Basic Paper Treatment; Such as: fixing the corners of the paper, etc.
  • If there is any thread or pin on the paper, it should be removed.

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: Document Processing, Paper Scanning

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Document scanning
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    IT Enabled Service

Additional Requirements

  • Age 24 to 35 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Must have experience in book & document scanning using different type of scanner; like: ADF, Flat-bed & Book scanner.
  • Very good understanding of documents / papers type, size or measurement.
  • Must have the ability to work under pressure.
  • May have to work at night shift.
  • Discipline and energetic.
  • Must have knowledge on PDF, JPEG and other image format.
  • Must follow the company rules and regulation carefully.
