Job Location: Dhaka City (i.e. Elephant Road, Moghbazar, Nawabpur, VIP Road)

Responsible & accountable for the overall business portfolios and supervision of the branch.
Implement the agreed business plan, conduct follow up and monitoring to achieve planned business target and recovery.
Finding new customers for business development and ensuring maximum customer service.
Grow the customer base through marketing and business development efforts and keep the business running among existing customers.
Ensure Branch Productivity i.e. accountable for achieving set targets of assigned team in terms of Liabilities.
Customer acquisition and relationship building.
Ensure all business transactions are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ensure employee productivity and engagement of the branch.
Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed.

Full-time

Minimum 8 (eight) years` working experience in leading non-life Insurance out of which 2 years as Branch In-charge in Dhaka based branch.
Prior to joining the job, must submit the clearance of the previous organization.
Incumbent needs to be an all-rounder-excellent relationship management skills, Team Management, sound knowledge base in General Insurance business.
Smart, Team player and can-do attitude.
Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
Very good skills in MS Office
