Be a self-starter and proactively support the sales team by means of providing service to achieve company goal.
Receive customer complaints/service requests and resolve the issues within the minimal timeframe.
Investigate customer complaints/service requests and concerns arising from products and suggest appropriate solutions. Discuss with team/management to identify appropriate course of action.
Supervise the service team (Technicians) on a day to day basis ensuring that work has been allocated and completed to the highest standard within the required timelines and manage their performance to ensure efficient and effective output by the team members.
Furnish job estimates as and when required on a realistic basis which ensure competitiveness in the market as well as ensure the required margin for company.
Keep in touch with all the existing customers under the assigned area and get the regular feedback.
Receive and review feedback from customers, record the same in a structured fashion and follow up with the customers on a timely basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
Planning and implementing systems to record, file and store information pertaining to client enquirers.
Maintain stock control and ensure that the store is kept tidy, well organized with optimum quantity of required items.
Act on any other assignment given by management time to time.

Educational Requirements
Minimum Diploma (4 Years) in Automobile / Power Technology.
B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed technical institute/university is a plus.

Additional Requirements
At least 10 years of professional experience in related field with hands on knowledge.

Energetic, self-driven, interactive and have tenacity to learn new things.
Good communication skills (oral & written) in both Bangla & English.
