Work will include but not be limited to preparing business development plans, relationship development with potential clients, preparing presentation/proposal, and closing the deal. - Set weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly targets for the Business Development team and ensuring that the teams meet the targets
- Meet or exceed individual business development goals through prospecting and winning new revenue-generating relationships
- Utilize advanced marketing, communications and business skills to position appropriate solutions, overcome objections/resistance and close the deal
- Cultivate and manage relationships with existing and potential clients
- Identify potential sector, market, clients and add value to portfolio diversification
- Guide team members for their development in areas of new client addition, target achievement, client visit, portfolio management etc
- Engage with cross-functional teams effectively to get things going proactively
- All other duties ancillary to and related to the above-mentioned duties
